My life path
If there is something in my life that runs like a red thread, then it was or is the feeling that I don’t really fit in anywhere. Whether privately or professionally – I always experienced difficulties and failures when I desperately tried to fit in, according to the social and economic concepts that were conveyed to me, in order to belong. During those years, I was physically present, but I was not alive – I was not living myself.
The cosmic time-quality and the meeting with people who were trailblazing for my life path, triggered a profound change in me. This transformation liberated me from all these concepts and empowered me to trust and follow my inner, mostly contrary, impulses and perceptions.
I realized that I was out of this world to submit to a system that is coming to an end. Rather, I was endowed with all qualities or was able to cultivate helpful ones in order to support change as a pioneer.
To be a role model how a conscious, natural and cosmos-bound life can succeed – that’s what I stand for.
My philosophy
Our world calls for a radical turn. Away from quantity to quality in every moment of life. Away from “having” to “being”.
As I took this step, I realized how much easier my life felt. How much more space there was for what was essential and healing. If you want abundance, you must first empty yourself in order to be able to receive. Abundance requires emptiness.
When all the loud, distracting, disturbing disappears, your mind has the opportunity to expand and experience the abundance, perfection and beauty in the simple and natural. This is what Africa🖤 is teaching me every time I stay there.

My practice
Everyone has their story and therefore individual approaches are needed. In my work, I always rely on my sensitivity and inner guidance, which guide my actions.
I use elements from coaching, psychosocial counselling and supervision, energy psychology and consciousness-raising. I integrate my rich knowledge of quantum physics, energy and natural medicine, psychology, neurobiology, biosensors, geopathology, numerology, astrology and spiritual teachings so that you are accompanied comprehensively and effectively.
But above all, the most important thing for a positive experience is your trust in me and what I do.
